There is no “magic” exercise that will fulfill every need the same way there is no magic food, pill, or even program. But there are some really, really great movements that I incorporate for every one of my Autism Fitness athletes. In the video below, two of my athletes perform dumbbell overhead walks which, while seemingly easy, provide a great opportunity for developing shoulder strength, trunk stability, and muscular endurance.
